No. Not at all. And while our five daily actions are all backed by science, there is no guarantee that adopting the lifestyle will prevent disease or death. Our goal is to inspire, motivate and encourage the habits of a happier, longer life. Nothing on our website should be seen as medical, financial, or legal advice.
Our core message is focused on the people of midlife, but honestly we believe you’re never too young, OR TOO OLD to live HAPPIER longer. Five for Life is all about taking a little more action today than you did yesterday towards the goal of a longer, happier life. Our five daily actions are all sustainable into your 80’s, 90’s and beyond.
Not yet. And likely won’t ever be. Why? Well, we don’t want you to wait until January 1st to start living your HAPPIER, longer life. And really while the date is important for keeping appointments, that’s a secondary function of the Five for Life Planner©. It’s there if you want it, but most important is writing down and tracking your five daily actions. We find a lot of people use the timed side of the planner to keep a “To-Do” list or they add the events of the day, after the fact.
Pretty simple. Our two-pages per day design would be way too big for a full-year planner. We broke it up into four different planners (all have unique daily content) but the core content in the front and back are all the same. You can choose to buy just one and get started on building your habits, or the pack of four for the year. They come in a custom sleeve, and are color-coordinated so they look really nice together.
Right now we are available in the USA only.
In 2019, we will be launching Five for Life© Journeys. After owning my own travel agency for five years and having a passion for travel it feels like a natural extension of the lifestyle. We will be leading group travel experiences that incorporate MOVE*LEARN*SHARE*GIVE*LET GO into each day. Look for a travel journal to be a part of the plan!
